Single family home pricing improved from September, but houses on acreage

and mobile home average selling prices have dropped a bit more.

Total sales for our area this year are 511 properties compared to 698 last year (down 27%), which

is an improvement from 30% last month

Total dollars sold this year: $131,105,000 compared to $186,081,000 last year (down 29%), which

is an improvment from down 34% last month
