Our 12 Point Marketing Plan to
2. Our Web Page will feature your home with even more information than the MLS site permits; always in the Listings section, plus often on the front page as well.
3. We will include up to 10 photos of your home on the MLS site as well as on our Web Page, linking directly to the RE/MAX Action Realty web page with listings from all around our region.
4. We will prepare a Feature Sheet specific to your home to point out the major features, plus some of the other points that home buyers may not see on a tour of your home. This sheet will be distributed to all area REALTORS® and made available for anyone touring or viewing your home.
5. Your home will be featured in a Wednesday RE/MAX REALTORS® New Listings Tour, where as many as 31 local REALTORS® will visit your home and compare it to the needs of the buyers they represent.
6. We will use our best efforts to contact other REALTORS® who show your home to find out what prospective buyers are saying so that we can deal with any concerns and capitalize on opportunities.
7. We feature our current listings in the daily Info-Fax, a very well read locally produced media opportunity as well as in various other print media.
8. Through the Fort St. John Visitor Information Centre, we contact hundreds of people annually who request information on Fort St. John for possible re-location to our community
9. We will post a RE/MAX yard sign at your home, a huge advantage, because RE/MAX is the most recognized name in real estate.
10. We will install a brochure holder next to your yard sign so that area residents can stop by and pick up an information sheet on your home; more exposure means more chances of finding the right buyer
11. Depending on the time of listing, we may be able to include your home in one of our popular E-Newsletters, which are sent out to hundreds of local residents.
12. The most important marketing tool, in our opinion, is communication. We are available to you 24/7 in 8 different ways: office phone, toll-free number, cell phones, voice mail, text messaging, after-hours answering service, by fax, and by email. We will keep in touch with you along the way so that you know how the marketing plan for your home is working. |
